Richard Morris FIRP - Owner

Richard has worked in recruitment for over 13 years, and has always recruited for the Hospitality sector. During the ealy part of his career he focused on temporary recruitment, he has since moved to focus purely on permanent recruitment. Richard is the back bone of the business, and is heavily involved with client relations, new sales and the servicing of contracts. He gets involved with interview of candidates, and spends a lot of his time visiting clients to understand their requirements.

Richard is very passionate about the business and has an extensive knowledge of Hotels across the UK. 'The key to a successful partnership is understanding how each other works. Helen Pleasant - Hospitality Recruitment Consultant

Helen has a wealth of experience within the Hotel Industry. In the early part of her career, she worked in Reception, Reservations and then moved in Sales, becoming Sales Manager for Thistle and Trusthouse Forte. With this experience, Helen has a very strong understanding of what our clients require when they are looking to recruit for Front Office and Sales. Helen works on new sales for the business and candidate interviews. She is also involved with network events and company promotions.

Paul Vinsen - Hospitality Recruitment Consultant

Paul has worked in the Hospitality Industry for many years. Paul held numerous General Manager roles for established hotel groups throughout the UK. He was responsible for opening what is now the Holiday Inn Hull Marina and developed the Ramada Jarvis in East Yorkshire before retiring in 2006. Paul was a very successful General Manager with an extensive knowledge of both Rooms and Food & Beverage.

Paul helps us mainly with our General Manager recruitment, he is involved with interviews and client meetings. We have grown the General Manager division over the last 3 years and Paul has been very involved with this.
