Description: Our client is a privately owned 3 star hotel in Lincoln that offers award winning accommodation, Restaurant & C&B space for 150. The hotel enjoys a fantastic business mix and appeals to both the corporate and leisure market. This is a great opportunity to work for an inspiring GM and Ops Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a real passion for F&B and quality service. Now is an incredible time to join the team as we enter an exciting period of the hotel's development. The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in a similar role. You will be someone from a 4-star background who takes control and ownership for the management of the the teams within the hotel. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Working five days out of seven, including weekends and bank holidays. This will be a mixture of straight and split shifts according to business needs. Main Duties: •4-star hotel experience. •Food Service experience – upto 1 AA rosette level is desirable. •Personal licence holder. •Creating a cross-trained and motivated employee workforce capable of meeting the highest standards. •To maintain the standards of the Hotel/brand, paying attention to the public areas and the internal and external ambience of the hotel. •To develop, implement and support the training process within the Hotel. •To be responsible for the operational needs of the hotel in the absence of the Operations Manager. •Be able to implement and maintain effective standardised systems, processes and controls. •Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets. •Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
