CONFERENCE & BANQUETING MANAGER
£27,000 - £28,000
My client is looking for a Senior Meetings & Events Manager to run the Conference & Banqueting department within their prestigious venue.
The role of Senior Meetings & Events Manager will report into the General Manager and will be overseeing the day to day operational requirements for all meetings and events taking place, including exhibitions, dinners and corporate events. We are looking for someone with quality, volume experience as this venue can seat upto 800 people for banqueting.
You will be supported by an experienced Sales team and senior management team to help you deliver the very best service and consistent standards!

Exceeding customer expectations with service and presentation
Supervising your team and offer suitable training to progress staff development
The ability to motivate your team
Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities
Hands on support required for all key meeting, events and conference business
Review and management of guest feedback
Maintaining a great relationship with all internal departments with excellent communication to ensure a smooth operation
Maintaining excellent relationships with the hotels clients
The ability to manage large events with upto 400 delegates
