This Restaurant & Bars Manager role will be hands on, and will require strong management and organizational skills. As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will be required to contribute ideas and to drive the business forward. You will be supported in this role by a two Supervisors and report into the Deputy GM for the hotel.
You MUST have a proven track record in quality Restaurants and be excited and passionate about delivering great service! You must also have and understanding of controlling wage costs and liquor stock levels.
The primary objectives of the role are:
•Managing a team, with strong emphasis on leadership and training
•Drive sales & manage costs
•Develop the team to work effectively complying with all legislation
•Be hard working and committed to providing quality service.
•Have a good knowledge of food & wines
•Have the ability to develop the team and promote high standards.
•Be enthusiastic and driven
•Managing and directing staff liaising with all suppliers including caterers
•Reporting to the Hotel Deputy GM the role would suit a current Restaurant Manager or perhaps a current Assistant
Restaurant & Bar Manager looking for their 1st HOD role who has the experience to run the department and can lead from the front. The salary for the role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum .
