Description: Operations Manager 4* Hotel West Yorkshire Our Client is recruiting an Operations Manager for their 4* hotel in West Yorkshire. This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of the leading 4 star hotels in the area with a company that genuinely care and develop their team members. The hotel is prominent in both corporate and leisure sectors and has an excellent reputation. Operations Manager - The Role: Reporting to the General Manager Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage, Reception, Houskeeping etc Controlling and monitoring revenue and ensuring targets are met. Developing and implementing a marketing plan to help increase sales Ensuring the hotel is maintained and any issues are dealt with effectively Managing staff in the hotel to ensure the smooth day to day operations Budget setting and financial planning Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved Operations Manager -The Person: Already working as an Operations Manager or Food & Beverage Manager who is overseeing a £2 million plus department. One year experience in this role 4 star experience is a strong advantage Financially aware and able to manage budgets Strong leader and coach An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests Operations Manager - Salary & Benefits: Salary £34,000 - £36,000 based on experience Pension scheme Excellent training leading to career progression 33 days holiday after 5 years meals on duty structured career path & training
