  • Recruited opening General Manager for the new Gresham Aparthotel in Leicester which has since won numerous industry awards.
  • Headhunted and fill various Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Account Manager roles for Radisson, IHG & Mercure branded hotels across the UK.
  • Filled a Group Revenue Manager vacancy for an established hotel group and also an Area Revenue Manager role for a group operating IHG branded hotels.
  • Headhunted a number of General Managers for privately owned full service hotels with large M&E, golf and leisure facilities.
  • Successfully recruited a number of Deputy GM’s for Park Plaza Hotels.
  • Recruited a number of key HOD’s and senior leaders for University owned hotels including Edgbaston Park Hotel & Imago Venues in Loughborough.
  • Successfully recruited a number of General Managers and Deputy GM’s for acclaimed and award winning properties including Goldsborough Hall, Swinton Park Hotel & Middleton Lodge.

Richard Morris – Founder & Recruiter

Richard started the business in 2002 and has a wealth of experience in permanent recruitment for the Hospitality & Hotel Industry. He has developed long standing and successful relationships with numerous clients and works tirelessly to ensure every project undertaken yields the best result. Richard is well connected with senior figures across the hotel industry. He has over 20 years experience in Hospitality recruitment and has recruited for many senior roles within Hotels & Stadia. He is very passionate about his business and his focus is 100%. He will do whatever he can to ensure relevant parties are happy and he delivers on each project. He has a strong understanding of matching candidates to the right roles. His experience is well suited to recruiting for Senior Management, Sales & Revenue roles. Helen Pleasant – Recruiter

Helen has worked in Hospitality recruitment for 15 years having previously worked as a Sales Manager within the hotel sector. She worked for Thistle hotels and spent time as a Sales Manager at the Cumberland Hotel in London making her experience and knowledge very relevant to recruiting for Sales roles, which is the area she focusses on. Having done the job herself, she has a unique understanding of the requirements. I will send photo later.
