About the Role

  • As the Operations Manager you assist in the smooth running of all day to day hotel operations, ensuring consistent service and standards are delivered, creating a magical experience for our guests.
  • You will be responsible for leading, inspiring and developing your Head of Departments in order to achieve the goals and future aspirations for the hotel.
  • The Operations Manager will be an innovative individual with excellent leadership skills and have a well-rounded knowledge of managing all hotel operations.
  • This role will suit an experienced Hotel Operations Manager or strong Food & Beverage Manager looking for the next step in their career.
  • You will be someone who can make decisions and leads by example.
About you:
  • To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years experience working at Hotel Operations Manager level or 4 years experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
  • It is essential you have an excellent understanding of food and beverage and some exposure to Front Office and housekeeping and have the ability to lead from the front when required.
  • You must have a proven track record of delivering consistency.
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, ability to drive revenue, control costs and GP’s whilst seeking new revenue opportunities to increase sales.
  • Up to date knowledge of statutory obligations, health and safety and HR polices.
  • Had previous exposure of delivering a high level of service and standards, achieving goals and delivering on objectives to achieve a high end seamless operation.
  • Proficient in hotel software.
