Deputy General Manager, 4 star boutique hotel, multi outlet F&B business, award winning property. £40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus potential of 10%.
- This is the key onsite leadership role, reporting to the General Manager, it holds operational and financial accountability and supports the ongoing strategic planning of the Hotel’s success.
- You will have fully accountability for the F&B departments and will support with the wider day-to-day operations. You will need to balance the hands-on requirements with team development, strategic and commercial delivery alongside compliance, and administrative needs.

Experience, skills, qualifications, and behaviours
- 2 years’ experience as a Senior Department Manager
- Demonstrable F&B success
- Experience of independent hotels
- Demonstrable experience of budget & KPI delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and innovate thinker
- Fluent written and verbal English

- 5 years’ experience as a Senior Department Manager
- Experience of 4 & 5 star properties
- Recognised industry qualifications
