Job Description:

Reputable & established Resort style hotel, multi outlet F&B operation, high volume with weddings, events & dinners along with all day Restaurant & Bars. £55,000 – £60,000 per annum plus benefits.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead our diverse and vibrant food and beverage operations and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire Food & Beverage operations for the resort, including the hotel restaurant, bar, spa and golf course dining.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of F&B professionals, ensuring excellent service standards and seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies that align with the resort’s brand, enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Hotel Management, and Marketing team to manage special events, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain and elevate the resort’s F&B reputation through consistent guest feedback and proactive problem-solving.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or in a senior F&B management role, ideally within a quality resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• A passion for hospitality with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends, sustainability practices, and high-end service delivery.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• A background in managing F&B operations in venues with diverse offerings (restaurant, bar, spa, golf course, etc.) is highly preferred.
