30 bedrooms, quality F&B operation, high footfall, strong local reputation

£40,000 to £42,500 per annum, upto 40% bonus and great benefits

The opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working and passionate Hotel General Manager with a good solid history of leading and inspiring a team to deliver the very best.  A motivational leader who can offer long term commitment, and settle into the local community and play a major role in the future of the hotel.

The skills we require:

.   A full commercial understanding of the hotel industry and the ability to drive sales, manage costs and achieve targets

.  A natural ‘hands on’ leader with the ability to motivate and develop staff into a dynamic and professional team, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service

.  A strong communicator with excellent people, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to work well under pressure

.  Able to build and develop excellent rapport with the local business community and to generate new and repeat business

We are looking for someone who can drive this ship into the next chapter. As our General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of the site.

You’ll need to be commercially minded, making the right decisions to keep customers pouring through the doors.
