As Director of Sales, you’ll set the strategic vision for our Sales and M&E teams — inspiring and empowering them to achieve excellence through collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across Sales and M&E, aligning goals to maximise performance and revenue.
- Leverage an extensive network across Luxury Leisure Consortia, Incentive, M&E, and Corporate segments domestically and internationally.
- Lead on-property sales teams, driving new business opportunities and growing market share with existing clients.
- Develop and execute competitive strategies to win business from competitors.
- Ensure seamless integration of Proactive Sales and M&E activities, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Partner with Preferred Global and Regional teams to capture new business opportunities from key accounts.
- Act as an ambassador, cross-selling the portfolio.
- Represent the company and the hotel at domestic and international tradeshows, sales missions, and events.
- Deliver a proactive sales pipeline across all segments, tracked via Salesforce.
- Provide oversight to ensure teams meet pipeline objectives and fully adopt Salesforce for transparent, data-driven performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with other senior leadership colleagues to drive commercial initiatives.
- Ensure rigorous ROI tracking and accurate reporting for all sales and event-related investments.
