What you’ll bring doing:
- Running the Restaurant and events with confidence, personality, and Yorkshire pride
- Delivering seamless service from breakfast through to dinner, and running private events, ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived
- Coaching and motivating your team so they shine brighter than the Minster at golden hour
- Working closely with the kitchen to champion local, seasonal produce and create memorable dining experiences
- Keeping an eagle eye on the details — from table settings to wine pairings — so the experience always feels special
- Handling the behind-the-scenes bits like rotas, stock, and compliance (because smooth service doesn’t happen by accident)
