Role Purpose:
To lead and develop all hospitality operations across a busy multi outlet Food & Beverage operation, driving revenue, standards, and consistency across all activities. This role is accountable for the overall performance of the hospitality department, including financial results, delivery, and the growth of the F&B department.
The Head of Hospitality will create a clear structure across people, process, and performance, ensuring the stadium operates as a high quality, commercially driven, year round venue. This is a senior leadership role within a live stadium environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead from the front while empowering their team to deliver consistently across all operations.
Skills and Experience • Proven experience in senior hospitality or venue management • Strong commercial awareness with experience owning P and L • Experience leading large, multi-functional teams • Ability to operate in fast paced, high pressure environments • Strong organisational and leadership skills
