What you’ll be doing

• Leading our 2 Retreat Coordinators & Reservations Coordinator
• Managing retreat, conference, event and group bookings.
• Ensuring a seamless guest journey from enquiry to arrival.
• Working closely with the Monastic Community and operational teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Maximising occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, concerts and special events.
• Driving continuous improvements in guest experience and service standards.

We’re looking for someone with

• Management experience within a hotel, hospitality, visitor attraction or similar guest-focused environment.
• Ideally experience of Reslynx (but not essential)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing bookings, accommodation and events.
• A calm, positive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
