Are you passionate about hospitality and driven by revenue performance? We’re looking for a proactive and commercially sharp Cluster Revenue Manager to lead strategy across 2 of our hotels in our impressive portfolio of UK hotels.
You will take full ownership of revenue management across all profit centres, using dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, market analysis, and performance optimisation to consistently outperform competitors. You’ll lead commercial strategy meetings, collaborate closely with the wider commercial team, and make data-driven decisions that maximise revenue.

- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy
- Proficiency with tools such as IDeaS, EzRMS, Opera, and CoSTAR
- Solid knowledge of distribution channels and PMS systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
