Job Description:

Director of Revenue, upto £90,000 per annum, luxury hotel, London

Our client is looking for an exceptional Director of Revenue to join us on a maternity cover contract, starting in November/December 2026, and lead our Revenue and Reservations function during an exciting period of growth following our successful opening.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving total hotel profitability through strategic revenue management, intelligent pricing, forecasting, inventory control and distribution.

Working closely with our Director of Sales, Head of Marketing and wider leadership team, you’ll build on the strong commercial foundations already established while identifying new opportunities to grow market share and maximise profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced revenue leader to make a genuine impact within one of London’s newest independent luxury hotels.

About You and the Role

We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Lead and execute the revenue strategy, maximising RevPAR, TrevPAR, market share and overall profitability.
  • Develop and manage dynamic pricing, inventory, restrictions and business mix across all distribution channels and market segments.
  • Produce accurate forecasts, monitor booking pace and use market intelligence, STR data and displacement analysis to identify risks, opportunities and tactical actions.
  • Chair weekly Revenue Meetings and present monthly commercial performance, forecasts and recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on promotions, campaigns, packages and commercial initiatives aligned with demand and revenue opportunities.
  • Own revenue systems and distribution, including OPERA Cloud and SynXis, ensuring accurate rate loading, rate parity and effective third-party channel management.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Reservations Manager and Reservations Team, creating a high-performing, commercially focused function while supporting wider Kinsfolk & Co initiatives.
  • Bring 4–6 years’ luxury hotel revenue management experience, ideally as a Director of Revenue or Senior Revenue Manager, with strong knowledge of OPERA Cloud, SynXis, Duetto, Agency360 and Demand360; London luxury, Preferred Hotels & Resorts or independent hotel experience would be advantageous.
