Head of Sales, 7 UK based hotels. £65,000 – £70,000 per annum plus benefits, Hybrid role. Marriott & IHG brands. Home based with travel to the hotels on a monthly basis. Ideal location will be North/Midlands.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy across leisure, corporate, MICE, and group segments. You will lead and develop hotel sales teams, drive key account relationships, and act as a brand ambassador in domestic and international markets.
Working closely with Revenue, Marketing, and hotel leadership teams, you will ensure sales strategies are aligned with revenue objectives, brand standards, and market opportunities. You will support 4 on property Director of Sales in terms of sales strategy and segmentation focus. You will raise the profile and awareness of the company at events and with key agency bookers. This role would suit a current Area or Regional DOS who feels ready to take on a group role.
