We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our team and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations. As the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing budgets, maintaining operational standards, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the team to coordinate activities across housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service quality and profitability.
- Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Building strong relationships with guests and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Monitoring financial performance and preparing reports for the owners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or experienced Operations Manager or similar role within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
