The Role:
We are now seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager based in Dublin to join the central Revenue and Distribution Team. This role is responsible for leading revenue strategy and performance across a regional portfolio, ensuring pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability.
Experience required:
- Strong multi property revenue management experience
- Expertise with revenue systems and analytical tools
- In depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
- Experience working with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
- Experience using BI tools to deliver insights
- A solid revenue management background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
