Regional Revenue Manager, 7 sites, 1000 keys. £70,000 – £80,000 per annum, 33 days holiday and wider company benefits.

The company: A highly reputable and established Aparthotel company who own and operate 2 brands across their portfolio. Working with a dynamic, experienced and strong leadership team across the group.

The Role:

We are now seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager based in Dublin to join the central Revenue and Distribution Team. This role is responsible for leading revenue strategy and performance across a regional portfolio, ensuring pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability.

Experience required:

  • Strong multi property revenue management experience
  • Expertise with revenue systems and analytical tools
  • In depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
  • Experience working with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
  • Experience using BI tools to deliver insights
  • A solid revenue management background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
