Restaurant Manager, £40,000 – £42,000 plus TRONC, 33 days holiday, meal on duty, healthcare benefits.

Our client is hiring for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team at this highly reputable and acclaimed Restaurant. Set on the edge of the beautiful Peak District, the venue offers a relaxed, yet refined dining experience built around seasonal menus, locally sourced ingredients and genuine, warm hospitality.

We’re searching for a natural leader with personality, presence and a passion for people — someone who leads from the floor, motivates their team and ensures every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

• Previous restaurant management or senior supervisory experience

The role

• Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
• Being a visible and welcoming presence on the restaurant floor
• Ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and memorable dining experience
• Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service
• Managing team training, development and performance
• Overseeing service standards across breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner
• Supporting recruitment, team organisation and daily operations
• Maintaining the relaxed yet refined atmosphere that defines the Red Lion
