A growing hotel management company operating a portfolio of well-established city-centre hotels across the UK is seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to join its expanding team.
Working closely with the Head of Revenue, General Managers and Sales & Marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping revenue strategy across multiple properties. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and forward-thinking revenue professional who enjoys using data, market insights, and technology to drive performance and outperform competitors.
The Role
You will be responsible for maximising total hotel revenue through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies while supporting the wider commercial teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing annual budgets and demand forecasts by market segment
- Analysing market trends and competitor performance to optimise pricing strategies
- Managing inventory, rate positioning, and business mix to maximise profitability
- Producing weekly and monthly performance reports with clear commercial insights
- Forecasting demand and providing strategic recommendations to leadership
- Managing occupancy and overbooking strategies
- Monitoring revenue systems and ensuring reporting accuracy
- Supporting Finance with analysis of segmentation and distribution channel performance
- Identifying new distribution opportunities and technology solutions
- Coaching and supporting property commercial teams
- Proactively adapting strategies in response to market conditions
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in a Revenue Manager or similar role within hospitality
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and hotel distribution
- Analytical and commercially focused, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in PMS, RMS, channel management systems, and Excel
- Fluent English required; additional languages are beneficial
- Willingness to travel between properties when required
